Phil has over 20 years of mining and finance industry experience, and is currently the President, CEO & Chairman of Consolidated Uranium. He has extensive experience in corporate development, as a sell-side research analyst, in fund management and most recently as managing director of investment banking focused on the metals and mining sector.

John Jentz is a seasoned mining professional having held operational, investment banking and board of director roles across the mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Jentz was Head of Strategy and Corporate Development for SEMAFO Inc., a west African gold producer that was sold to Endeavour Mining Corporation in 2020 for consideration valued at approximately $1.6 billion.

Richard is currently the President and CEO of Mega Uranium Ltd. and was previously an Executive VP at Mega Uranium. He sits on the board of several companies including NexGen Energy Ltd., Toro Energy Ltd., and ISO Energy Ltd.

Justin is a geologist and capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience. He is the current CEO of Troilus Gold Corp. Justin has held former capital market roles including analyst and sales, and corporate experience leading M&A and market activities.
Director
Ms. Berneche is a CPA, CA and has 15 years of experience with public companies in the mining and publishing sectors, as well as experience with large accounting firms, specializing in corporate tax. Since 2014, she has dedicated her time to a grass roots non-profit organization she created which provides financial assistance to families with children with cerebral palsy. The organization gained its charitable status in 2017. She holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto.
