Paul is a specialist structural and economic geologist with 35 years of exploration experience. His past work includes extensive exploration for Iron Oxide Copper-Gold (IOCG) deposits. From 1995 to 2003, Paul worked in senior project generation and management roles for several major resource groups, including Mount Isa Mines, North Limited and Teck Cominco. Paul gained his PhD in Structural Geology from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1989

Matt is an accomplished Professional Geologist (CPG) with over 20 years of experience throughout the Americas, Australia and Africa. He is Currently Director of Operations for Xali Gold Corp. From 2019-2021 he served as VP Exploration for Silver Bull Resources and from 2015-2018 as Manager of Project Evaluations for Agnico Eagle’s Southern Business Unit with a focus on identifying district scale opportunities in Latin America. Mr. Melnyk holds a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Southern Mississippi and a B.A in Geology from SUNY Buffalo.

Drew is a Professional Geologist with over 15 years’ experience. He is focused on using Machine Learning and AI to develop priority exploration targets from the decades of historical data available over this belt.
Exploration Manager
Mr. Courage has 15 years of experience as a Geologist including three years with Crosshair Exploration drilling the C-Zone uranium deposit in Labrador. He brings valuable local knowledge and field management expertise to the team. In addition, has also worked in prolific mining districts of Australia, Finland, and Canada for precious and base metal deposits. Dean obtained a master’s degree in ore deposit research from Memorial University and is a registered Professional Geologist in Newfoundland and Labrador.
GIS Database Manager
Lisa is a versatile GIS database professional with a strong scientific, analytical, GIS, and programming background. She brings over 20 years diverse GIS data management expertise spanning from Exploration, Municipal Planning, to Forestry Planning. Ms. Miller holds a B.Sc. honours degree in geology from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax where she studied Zeolite Mineralogy. Lisa was recently Nominated for a Public Service award of excellence 2022 (team category) for her role with the planning section on the Incident Management Team (IMT) that responded to the Central Fire Complex 2022.
